Easiest way to kill Blue Spimush, is to "sacrifice" summoning. Go linear with Blue Spimush and cast your summon towards it. Blue Spimush cast Country Attraction and Sacrifice. Fast way to finish these pests.

Another safe to kill Blue Spimush is to stay behind trees and other objects. When Spimush can't attract you, you can safely kill it from range.
