“This certificate describes the characteristics of the Pet name you've put in the Bow Kennel.”

Bow Kennel Certificates are proof of ownership of a pet in the Bow Kennels. Whoever holds the certificate holds claim to that pet. Certificates can be traded/sold (giving the pet a new owner). The certificates show the status of the pet at the time that it was placed in the kennel.
