Pure Chance isn't really a choice for Ecaflips.

• The soft caps for Chance are very low. When 40 Chance is reached, you must invest 3 characteristic points to raise Chance by 1.
• Only 1 Water spell is available to Ecaflips, and it is a 50/50 Water/Agility spell, so you need Agility as well.
