Frakacia Leukocythine spawns on a random map in the Astrub Forest region of Astrub. Frakacia Leukocythine will usually be grouped with forest monsters (Boars, Mush Mushes, and/or Prespic...) and does not give any XP herself. She's quite strong for low level characters. It's best just to leave her if you're not doing her quest.
Frakacia Leukocythine won't follow you if you haven't started the quest, even if you beat her. Don't forget it!
