[edit] Strategy
Like the Tofu, the Prespic tends to attack from a range and hide back. Against low level Prespics, you can move far enough away from them, so that they will have to keep 3 or 4 squares between you after their attack. Against high level ones who have more range this is not possible, so ranged attacks tend to work best. Their Camouflage can cause a long and frustrating fight (you can use Perception or Location to locate them).
If you do not have a ranged spell, the best strategy would be to wait hidden behind a tree or other objects. The Prespic will come near you to use its Hand attack, which cannot go through trees, thus forcing it to come near you.
Summons can sometimes find and attack invisible prespics.
