[edit] Strategy
With only 2 MP and its only attack being close-range Shin Larva isn't really too much a threat, although it does hit for about 90 damage, knocks back, and drains AP and MP. If you get close, it will also summon a color of Larva. This means the best tactic is to stay away and hit it from range.
Taking its MP and Range, as well as knocking it back all work well.
