- Actually, the French name of the item is the Jakchir Arc, named after French president Jacques Chirac. The bow is red, white, and blue because those are also the French colors. (In fact, the bow is colored like the three solid blocks of the French flag, not the stars and stripes of the US flag) - DarkStorm 06:00, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
