Treechnid Transformation is a mutation item.

- Obtained by losing a battle against Soft Oak. It turns the player into a treechnid. The effect is lost by winning a fight (see below).
[edit] Uses
The character is transformed into a treechnid, level depending on the character's level. In addition to the sprite, this includes getting a treechnid's characteristics and spells (Crushing, Treecnassion, Regeneration, Summoning of Arachnee). The player cannot open the characteristic and spell panels to modify these either. To fully heal you can change your equipment.
The player can move freely, but cannot leave the treechnid forest. The player cannot talk normally, but can use emotes, whisper and use chat channels.
The player cannot attack or be attacked by monsters. He cannot attack players, but he can be attacked by them, and can join the defense of another cursed character under attack. From the attacker's point of view it is essentially a challenge, with no loss of HP or energy when losing, and no drops or experience when winning.
