Obtaining

Talk to Justfa Lafs at [-34,-58] in the Tower of Bontarian Orders (from the entrance, go up the stairs, then go through the top right entrance).

Dialog

The Orders of Bonta watch over the residents of the city. You're currently standing in the great hall where the most courageous of all come to meet: the members of the Valiant Heart. Join the Order of the Valiant Heart. Ha ha ha! I knew you had good taste! The Order of the Valiant Heart is the order of warriors, the toughest of the tough! To confirm your membership, though, you'll have to find the clerk of the order, Tabach. I know, I know, I don't care for all this bureaucratic nonsense either, but it'll be over before you know it! Ever since his pet bow meow died, he's been spending his time at various inns. Bring him here and we'll confirm your request. Accept the request.

Tabach, Clerk of the Order of the Valiant Heart, has been searching the taverns since his cat disappeared. Take him back to Justfa Lafs.
