Some spells have limits on how many times per turn they can be cast on a given target (requiring that any further use of the spell in the same turn be on other targets).

Some of these spells have this limit loosened at higher levels of the spell or by wearing an appropriate piece of class gear.

The game calls this limit "Number of casts per turn and per player" due to translation issues.
