In the 2.68 update, the Idol system was removed. Idols can no longer be crafted or equipped to provide bonuses in fights. Existing idols became obsolete resources - usable items that can be double-clicked to gain Idolokens, with the number varying based on the difficulty of the original recipe.

Several quests that involved idols have been modified to use quest idols instead. These are quest items that are linked to the account, and can be double-clicked to gain an alteration that provides effects for a specific fight, or to talk to an NPC. The following quests were affected, with the new quest idols listed:

Uses[]

  • Equip (double-click, or use the Idol tab default hotkey: e) to increase XP and Drop gains in exchange for making the Monsters you fight harder
  • Idols can be equipped by the group leader (he can also equip Idols that are owned by other players). If players are not in a group, then the Idols chosen by the Character who starts the fight are used.
  • XP and Drop bonuses are dependant on:
