Peki Peki will become invisible during each turn. It is highly recommended to have a team which can reveal invisible characters.
Eniripsa - Word of Silence (3 turn cool down)
Ecaflip - Perception (1 turn cool down)
Enutrof - Living Chest (chest reveals once each turn)
Cra - Bat's Eye (4 turn cool down)
If you can't reveal Peki Peki, you'll have to use AoE spells to get a vague idea of his general wereabouts (Note: Carefully using Revitalizing Word can also help -- carefully watch Peki Peki's hitpoints). Alternatively, characters can use all of their MP to move around, trying to run into an invisible character.
Peki Peki will also swap positions with players and jump. It is recommended to use spells which create the gravity effect to prevent teleportation. If you can locate Peki Peki and have an Enutrof in the group, you'll want to cast Bribery on him, deal as much damage as possible, followed up with Pull Out, followed with another round of damage.
Peki Peki has 15 MP, and 14 AP so its generally unfeasible to try to remove it. You can use his high MP against him by placing lots of traps, bomb walls, glyphs, and other static damage areas. When there are lots of damage areas, the Peki Peki's AI trys to avoid them. This helps in using a process of elimination to figure out the location of the hidden Peki Peki. Eventually, when Peki Peki's hitpoints are reduced to ~25%, the AI will start to play much more cautiously and will deal much less damage (even skipping turns in some cases).
The Peki Peki AI will prefer to attack characters which are vertically or horizontally aligned with each other or near an obstacle since it generates severe pushback damage. Try to position characters diagonally from obstacles to reduce pushback damage. If a Pandawa picks up a barrel, Peki Peki tends to prefer attacking other characters since he'd waste AP to push and damage the barrel instead of the Pandawa. If a character falls below 1,000 hitpoints, Peki Peki will try to finish them off, so try to maintain high hitpoints.
The Peki Peki Bark (spell) should be dispelled as soon as possible. It deals ~150 air damage each turn for 5 turns (total ~750) to each team member, which adds up over time and causes additional pressure on healers. Without a healer, Peki Peki only needs to cast bark and stay hidden while letting the damage over time kill off your entire team.
