You need to head into the cellar and defeat the eight Moumouse. When you beat them you obtain a Moumouse.

Speak to Grandmother again and show her the Moumouse head.

Return upstairs and talk to the NPC to finish the quest (you need to have the Moumouse gained from defeating the mice in the cellar).
