Punch of the Crackler is the strongest attack spell which Osas have. It is also their strongest spell until they get their higher level summons and is the key spell of most Osamodas builds. It is an area of effect spell, making it extraordinarily useful, but be careful it will hit your allies too! The affected area for this spell is the similar to Striking, so before you reach level 54 you could consider using Striking.
