I've just received an alarming health report: the city's inhabitants are being struck down by a strange illness and, according to the report, those most affected live near the sewer entrances. The situation isn't serious enough yet to justify a request to the council that they evacuate the at-risk neighbourhoods, but if we don't resolve this problem soon, we won't have any choice. I'm going to need your help.
With Fixou's help, our apothecaries and alchemists have developed an experimental preventive vaccine. But sadly we do not have enough to inject an medium-sized patient. So you need to go to the Wabbit Islands and ask Fixou to prepare a dose for you before you venture into the sewers.'

You need to search the sewers to find out what's behind these problems. If you think you can sort it out by yourself, then so much the better, but don't hesitate to ask for help either. The safety of our fellow citizens is at stake.
There are several in the city, I'll point out some of them for you.

- The closest entrance is one map above the militia at [-32,-58].
- Search the sewers for the source of evil
- Located at [-32,-56] in the Foul-Smelling Canals (from the sewer entrance at [-32,-58], go down the stairs and one map left).
- Click on the control box with levers to the left of the giant broken light bulb.
- These products seem to have contaminated some of the sewer rats.
- Get some contaminated rat blood and bring it to Amayiro [-32,-57]
- You'll need to find and defeat 1 Contaminated Rat (note: a regular Hyoactive Rat does not work). The Contaminated Rat is a special spawn in Foul-Smelling Canals and Bowels of Brakmar. There is one at a time in each area, and it respawns on a random map when killed. Contaminated Rat Blood is a 100% drop; all characters on the same step will get the drop.

I'll send this information, along with the blood sample, to the experts. It will no doubt help them to find a cure. As for your discovery, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't related to an event that took place a few centuries ago that cost the lives of numerous people.
The circumstances behind this event are still obscure, the archives mention use of black fire and without the help of his Huppermages, the King of Bonta was unable to survive. it was a long long time ago, it would be a waste of time trying to find more information on it.
